Healthy barbecue sides aren’t hard to make because of all the great summer produce.
All we need is a little nudge to steer us away from potato salads, coleslaw, and pasta salads that are delicious but heavy. Most barbecues offer seasonal favorites such as hot dogs, hamburgers, and ribs.
Do you really need to add a strong side?
I hope you are inspired to try something new this year. I love the Caesar kale on this list because it holds up so much better than a romaine salad.
