Questified Dipped Cookies & Cream Fudge

Fudge isn’t talked about as much anymore as it used to be. We could be wrong about that, this is true. Up here in the ivory tower that is the Quest™ blog, it’s easy to lose touch with “the street”. Which is all to say, we loved trying this delicious cookies and cream treat with Quest’s dipped cookies and cream protein bar. Let’s go find more samples now.

Ingredients

COOKIE AND CREAM FUDGE BATH

Method

  1. Line a 6 × 6-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add heavy cream, sweetener, and butter to a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens.
  3. Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and pour the hot mixture over the chips.
  4. Let sit for 4-5 minutes before gently stirring.
  5. Add the loaf bits and use a rubber spatula to stir until just incorporated.
  6. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
  7. Let the bars rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting into 16 squares and serving.

*Fudge can be stored at room temperature.
