A new line of underwear aims to make handling and concealing a urinary bag on the leg a little easier. This unisex underwear has pockets on both legs that securely hold a leg bag without causing strap-related pressure points and outlets on the lower legs for access to the drain valve. Uro Concepts Inc. founder Celeste Bonham designed the Uro Urinary Suspension System to help her father manage incontinence due to prostate cancer. “I invented this product for my dad to hold his leg bag so it wouldn’t fall off or come loose and cause another embarrassing incident for him,” says Bonham. “At that time, I discovered that many urology products were outdated and urgently needed to be made more human-friendly.”

The Uro Urinal Suspension System is available in sizes that fit waists from 28 to 50 inches. Each kit comes with an undergarment, two 600-milliliter leg bags, and two 6-inch extension tubes.
