Taking care of yourself not only makes you feel better on the inside, but it also reflects on the outside. When you stick to a personal care routine, “even your skin starts to glow,” Judit explains. He also stresses the importance of carefully choosing what you put on your skin. Judit suggests using high quality skin care products suitable for each stage of your life and each season of the year.
Following the various steps in your skin care routine and being consistent is key if you want to see visible results. When asked about the most important step, he is quick to respond, “My morning and evening routine always, always, always start with cleaning. For me, it’s the most crucial step because it prepares the skin for the products I apply next.”
Throughout her modeling career, Judit has often had the idea that youth defines beauty. “Wrinkles don’t bother me. If you take care of your skin and keep it healthy, wrinkles are like badges of honor for all the years and experiences.” After all, is there anything more beautiful than mature, healthy and well-cared for skin?
“Wrinkles don’t bother me. They are like badges of honor for all the years and experiences you have lived.
